Tracking your calorie expenditure and workout duration just got incredibly precise. Steady now leverages Apple’s latest real-time frameworks (for iOS 26+), updating your Apple Health and Fitness apps the moment you start lifting.
Your Health data is now robustly persistent—even if your workout is unexpectedly interrupted. Plus, starting a Steady workout will automatically trigger your active “Workout” Focus mode on iOS, silencing distractions so you can lift in peace.

📈 Instant Progression Updates (Pro)
Progressive overload relies on making the right call for your next session. You no longer have to wait until your workout is finished to plan your next move.
Immediately after completing an exercise, you can now review and adjust the progression targets (weight and reps) for the next time you perform it, right from the active workout screen. It’s the ultimate way to capitalize on your current momentum and lock in your goals while the effort is still fresh in your mind.

- Custom Progression Values: When reviewing your progression, you aren’t limited to presets anymore. You can enter precise custom values for weight, reps, and duration to dial in exactly what you want to achieve next time.
- Edit Targets Mid-Workout: Replaced an exercise on the fly? You can now edit the set, rep, and weight targets mid-workout for those newly added exercises without affecting your base routine.
- Body Measurement Reminders: Never miss a check-in. Set up recurring push notifications to remind you to log your body measurements.
- Liquid Glass Polish: We’ve continued to refine our custom iOS 26+ “Liquid Glass” design language, bringing smoother visual refinements across the app.

- Smarter Weight Suggestions: Deload sessions are now intelligently excluded from weight suggestion calculations, ensuring your 1RM strength estimation stays accurate.
- Intelligent Keyboard: The custom numeric keyboard now automatically strips leading zeros for reps and auto-inserts a decimal separator when typing weights after a zero.
- Health Permissions: We added a granular Apple Health permission status indicator in Settings to help you troubleshoot sync issues.
