Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on an annual basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page.
We also offer a one-time purchase option providing lifetime access to the app's features as they exist at the time of purchase. This purchase guarantees that you can use the app's current version with the current iOS version indefinitely. While we aim to keep the app updated to support future iOS versions, we cannot guarantee that this support will continue indefinitely. By choosing the lifetime purchase option, you accept that it reflects the app's current state without a guarantee of future updates or compatibility.
Steady, at its sole discretion, may modify subscription fees. Any changes to subscription fees will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Steady will provide prior notice of fee changes, giving you the opportunity to terminate your subscription before the changes take effect.
Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If required by law, refunds must be requested through the App Store provider directly.
All content, features, and functionality of the Steady app are owned by the Steady team or its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app.
